The Exec Conference 2025, hosted at Munich’s Allianz Arena, brought together leading global technology and service providers including Insight Technology Solutions, Apple, Microsoft, Siemens, and CHG-Meridian. As the event expanded in scale and visibility, the objective was to establish a consistent and high-quality brand presence across all physical and digital channels.

Our role was to develop a comprehensive visual and strategic framework that could support this ambition. From venue branding and digital signage to presentation assets and motion graphics, we created a unified design system that ensured strong brand recognition and a professional appearance throughout the event.

In addition to the on-site experience, we produced a cinematic event film that captured the atmosphere, key moments, and highlights of the conference. Designed for post-event communication, internal recaps, and future outreach, the film serves as a versatile tool to extend the impact of the event beyond its physical setting.

The result is a scalable and cohesive brand system that supports both the immediate needs of the conference and its long-term communication goals—delivering clarity, consistency, and a polished experience across every touchpoint.
